In 2024, I was working as a health coach. While I was passionate about helping people prevent and reduce chronic health conditions, the majority of my clients came to me wanting to lose weight.
Then I met someone who changed everything.

That moment changed everything . Not just for her, but for me too.
I realised this was about far more than weight loss or eating a bit better. This was about helping people take back control of their health, reduce their risk of heart attacks and strokes, and avoid medication where possible, all through empowering, realistic lifestyle changes.
Around that time, I was considering turning my monthly coaching into a structured 12-week course. Then, on a dog walk, the idea clicked: what if I created a programme just for people like Sarah?

So I built it.
