For years, I worked in the NHS.
I saw the same pattern over and over: people being told to “eat better” or “just lose weight” without ever being given the tools, the support, or the why behind it all.
I saw good people ending up on lifelong medications because no one helped them see what was possible before it got to that point.
And eventually, I realised - I wanted to be the person before the prescription pad.
The one who helps you rewrite the story before it becomes one of regret.
I’m here to help you lower your cholesterol, protect your heart, and feel good in your body - without the fear, guilt or food obsession that so often comes with health advice.
Because here's the truth:
Most people know they should eat better or move more.
But what they really need is someone to walk alongside them - to simplify the science, to help them stay consistent, and to challenge the “all-or-nothing” mindset that’s held them back for years.

Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable helping you right from the start! Plus, every exercise on the app has a written and video demonstration of how to perform it safely and effectively. I design programmes to suit each individual's starting point, and then slowly progress them at a pace they are comfortable with.
No! Each programme is designed based on where you want to workout, and with what (if any) equipment you have available to you.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals, so how fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in. People who really commit to the programme can expect to see significant weight loss and improvements in their health and fitness levels.
No, not if you really don't want to. I have clients who do not wish to track calories and instead upload pictures of their meals and snacks for me to see and provide feedback on.
Absolutely not! I have worked with clients who have not exercised a day in their life. We start with light, basic bodyweight exercises and progress at a steady pace.
Absolutely! I am available to my clients 7 days a week on the messenger function on the app, and I have weekly check-ins with all of my 1:1 clients. Your goals become my goals, so I am with you every step of the way!
I have worked with clients post-surgery, with fibromyalgia, who are menopausal, have high blood pressure and arthritis, to name just a few. If you are concerned that you may not be suitable because of health conditions, please send me a message for us to discuss further, if I am not the right person for you, I will be happy to point you in a different direction.
My entire philosophy is that the best diet is the one you can stick to, and the one that you barely notice you are on. Because of this, I get to know your normal eating habits, your likes and dislikes, the areas that you struggle the most, and I help you to curate eating habits that fit your life.
If you have a poor relationship with food, an all or nothing mentality, or see dieting as being very black or white, I can help you get to a point of freedom around diet and nutrition and a healthier relationship with it.
A personal trainer mostly only works with a client on physical fitness, whereas a health coach thinks about all the elements of a client's life that might be impacting their overall health - including diet, stress, physical activity, and more.
