Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable helping you right from the start! Plus, every exercise on the app has a written and video demonstration of how to perform it safely and effectively. I design programmes to suit each individual's starting point, and then slowly progress them at a pace they are comfortable with.
No! Each programme is designed based on where you want to workout, and with what (if any) equipment you have available to you.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals, so how fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in. People who really commit to the programme can expect to see significant weight loss and improvements in their health and fitness levels.
No, not if you really don't want to. I have clients who do not wish to track calories and instead upload pictures of their meals and snacks for me to see and provide feedback on.
Absolutely not! I have worked with clients who have not exercised a day in their life. We start with light, basic bodyweight exercises and progress at a steady pace.
Absolutely! I am available to my clients 7 days a week on the messenger function on the app, and I have weekly check-ins with all of my 1:1 clients. Your goals become my goals, so I am with you every step of the way!
I have worked with clients post-surgery, with fibromyalgia, who are menopausal, have high blood pressure and arthritis, to name just a few.
